We accept Kentucky Medicaid, including UHC Medicaid plans (UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kentucky), Passport Medicaid plans (Passport by Molina), WellCare Medicaid plans (WellCare of Kentucky), Aetna Medicaid plans (Aetna Better Health of Kentucky), and Humana Healthy Horizons in Kentucky.
