A cash eye exam is $95. If you use insurance, what you pay can be different. Call or text 859-216-2660 and we will check your plan. We are closed Sundays.
A contact lens fitting is $65. A new wearer fitting is $90. RGP, scleral, and hybrid fittings are not those prices. They are quoted at the visit. Scleral lenses, specialty contact lenses, and hard-to-fit contacts are quoted at the visit. Text or call 859-216-2660 for detailed information.
We accept VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, Anthem BCBS, Humana Medicare, Medicare, and Aetna. We accept Kentucky Medicaid, including UHC Medicaid plans (UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kentucky), Passport Medicaid plans (Passport by Molina), WellCare Medicaid plans (WellCare of Kentucky), Aetna Medicaid plans (Aetna Better Health of Kentucky), and Humana Healthy Horizons in Kentucky. Being in-network does not mean every service is covered the same way. Specialty lenses (RGP, scleral, hybrid) are often billed differently. Call or text 859-216-2660 to check a specific plan.
