We're a small, family-run practice, and we don't overbook. Every patient deserves real time with Dr. Ron Haddad, so we schedule carefully to give each visit the attention it needs.
When an appointment is missed or starts late, it affects the doctor's whole day and the other patients waiting to be seen. If you can't make it, please call or text us at 859-216-2660 at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer that time to someone else.
If an appointment is missed without notice, online booking will be paused. You're always welcome to schedule by calling or texting us, or to stop in as a walk-in when we have an opening. Once you keep two appointments in a row, we'll happily turn online booking back on.
