Our website, chat assistant and social media pages are not secure channels for health information. Please don't share symptoms, prescriptions, insurance ID numbers or other medical details there. To talk about your care, call or text us at 859-216-2660 or visit us in the office.
If you are experiencing an eye emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Information you choose to give us. Our website does not currently use contact forms. If you call, text or email us using the details on the site, we receive the information you provide so we can respond.
Chat assistant. Our website chat answers common questions using preset information and links. It is not monitored by our staff and is not a way to reach us about your care. Please don't type personal or medical information into it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, approximate location (based on IP address), pages viewed, how you arrived at our site, and the date and time of your visit.

When you choose Book an Appointment, you leave our website and go to our scheduling partner, Eyefinity (scheduler.eyefinity.com). Information you enter there is collected and handled by Eyefinity on our behalf under its own privacy terms and our patient privacy obligations.
If you book through the "Book online" button on our Google Business Profile, your request is handled by Setmore and Google under their own privacy policies.
A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.
Our site links to other websites, including Eyefinity, Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Our website is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. Parents and guardians are welcome to contact us about their child's care by phone or in person.
Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure, which is another reason we ask that you not send medical information through it.
